Thong Sheng Food Technology Sdn Bhd was established in year 2004, starting at the northern Malaysia  state - Kedah, thong sheng is engaged in food ingredients, flavoring, stabilizers, seasoning, food improves, blended phosphate and other food additives with regional marketing support for the integrated enterprise. On end of year 2014, thong sheng will be move to the new plant located at penang state industrial area to meet GMP standards for modern food processing plant the company advocates green and healthy for the production, fundamental truth and integrity in business philosophy.

As  a professional manufacturer of food ingredients. Thong Sheng was expert in seasoning customization, texture improver, and produce the new developed of food processing technology with different additives, currently has a quality improver series, flavoring series, blended phosphate series, food seasoning series, spice series, vegetarian food series we customized to six series and more than 60 varieties product to meet the different needs of individual customers.

Our product of raw materials and the production process are recognized by the Malaysian Institute of Islamic which was Certified by halal JAKIM.Our company also has a strong technical services team to produce the most advanced technology to lay a strong after-sales technical support.

Acids - Food acids are added to make flavours "sharper", and also act as preservatives and antioxidants. Common food acids include vinegar, citric acid, tartaric acid, malic acid, fumaric acid, lactic acid.
